Lets start with our economical 'Basic' repair and restore service:

Send us via email (see the Contact page), a high resolution scan of your damaged photograph (300 dpi, if possible). If the photograph has been torn into mulitple pieces, place them in roughly the right positon on your scanner bed and scan as if one image. Dont put the fragments too close together or try and assemble the photograph as that will make the repair more complicated (see our Advice page for more details). Tell us exactly what you would like done, for example, repair and reprint or repair and create a new digital image and we'll send you a quote within one working day of receipt.

If you don't have a decent scanner, then we will need you to send us the original photograph. Dont worry though, we'll take great care of it. Check out our Handling page for the best way to send it to us.

If you want us to carry out work from an original photograph and you don't want the hassle of buying a special envelope or packet, just send us an email with the size of the image. We'll then send you a special postage paid envelope for you to send it to us (deposit required - see our T&C page). Please note that, for now, this service is only available to UK customers. If you have a very large digital image, or several images, we'll send you a USB memory stick and a postage paid envelope (deposit required - see our T&C page). You can keep the memory stick with our compliments, when the job is done.
