How to send your photograph(s) to us --
We always recommend that you use good quality packing materials for sending photos. At the very least, use an envelope designed for photographs or insert a piece of stiff card either side of your photographs to protect them from folding. Don't put photos face to face, they might stick together, especially if the postman should get caught in the rain and the envelope gets damp! Write on the envelope or use a proprietory sticker; "Photographs - please do not bend". Clearly mark your return address on the envelope. Finally, send your photos, ensuring you obtain a "Proof of Posting" receipt.
So, what can you do for me?
When we recieve your digital file or your original photograph (Premium or Premium Extra Service only), the first stage is to undertake an evaluation. How much needs to be done? What is the customer looking for? Can we do it? We'll contact you via email or telephone just to let you know that we have received your photographs or files and to discuss what potentially can be done. We won't promise what we can't deliver, and you don't pay until you have seen a proof. We'll work out a price for the work you require and once agreed, we'll start work.
Once we think we have achieved the best we can and/or met your requiremnts, we'll send you a watermarked low resolution file for you to review. If you're happy with it, we'll complete the process as soon as we recieve your payment in full, and send you the final product.
We guarantee to handle your files and photos with the utmost care throughout the time we have them. We NEVER work on original photographs or on original digital image files, we always make a copy so that the originals are available and are returned to you upon completion. Photographs will be sent by Registered Mail or Special Delivery using highest quality packaging. We will digitally archive all finished products so that we can reproduce further copies if you need them.
